The Mt. Adams Tumbler brought to you by North Drinkware is a handblown, 8 oz glass with USGS data of Mt. Adams - known as Pahto to the Yakama Nation - molded into the base of the glass.
The Mt. Adams glass rounds out their Washington Collection.
Mt. Adams is well known not just for its impressive altitude at 12,280 ft, but also for its deep spiritual and cultural significance to the Yakama people. According to indigenous legends, Mt. Adams, known as Pahto, was once involved in a fiery battle with neighboring Mt. St. Helens, hurling molten rocks in a jealous feud over the beautiful Mt. Hood. This age-old tale passed down by the tribes depicts Pahto as a symbol of strength and endurance in the face of adversity.
Every Mt. Adams glass gives back - North Drinkware will donate 1% of their sales to the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation for all of their Pahto products.
