How does your shipping on orders that are over $100 work? 

When you spend over $100 on our website, our shipping system automatically provides free standard, economy shipping. Due to priority shipping costs, we will send it out the quickest we can to get it to you and as early as possible with economy ground shipping through UPS or USPS, ranging from 3-5 days after shipment as a delivery date. If there is a change to your order regarding free economy shipping, we will contact you directly and get in touch about whether you would like to pay the extra shipping fee via an invoice.

How do I use your chat feature online? 

Our online instant messaging is a quick way to get ahold of us during store hours! From the hours of 11:30 - 5:30 PST on Monday - Friday and 10:30 - 4:30 PST Saturday - Sunday, you're able to reach us through our website on the pop-up on the bottom left hand side of your screen. If you close out of our site, not to worry! Our responses will go directly to your email if you have closed the window.

What is your rewards program?

For every one dollar spent, our rewards program offers you one point toward your balance, and when added up to 250 points, you'll receive a $5 off coupon! These points are gathered by your email address and can be used in-store or online by logging into our rewards system.

How do I redeem my points on your website?

We operate our rewards program through Smile, who have made it super easy for you to earn and redeem your points all in one hub! To log in or create an account, you can click here to sign in using the email address your purchases are under. From here, a blue button that says "rewards" will be floating around as you navigate our site, and you can simply click to redeem straight to your checkout! 

Help, my Cavallini & Co. Puzzle is Missing a Piece!:

As we don’t produce the puzzles ourselves we don’t have the ability to replace the piece for you. Cavallini and Co (the company that makes the puzzles) does have a form you can fill out so they can get the missing piece to you. They’re super responsive and will be able to get the exact missing piece. 

Do you gift wrap?

We offer complimentary gift wrapping for items purchased here at Stocklist, but do not offer wrapping services for items purchased elsewhere. If you are placing an online order, please leave detailed instructions in the notes so we can fully understand your gift wrapping needs.

When will my items ship? 

We will aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a pre-sale item, we will ship your order once it is complete. Our shipping times may be slightly longer from November 15th to December 20th. 

These are trying times for our shipping partners and we are doing all we can to support them. On the rare occasion that a package is delayed or not updating, please check in with us two weeks after you received shipping confirmation. We've found that if we are able to wait out delivery, it usually happens. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would all like...

My order was lost/stolen/damaged - what do I do?

Orders placed on our website totaling $100 or less are automatically insured by our shipping provider. If you package is lost or damaged we are required to wait 20 days from the date of shipment to fully submit a claim. After 20 days we will forward you a web link to visit where you must sign an affidavit saying you did not receive your package or that it was damaged. After we see that you have signed the affidavit, we will promptly refund you for the cost of your lost items and your shipping cost. 

What are the different ways I can receive my order?

Available at checkout are a few different shipping options depending on your area/budget/preference. We are currently shipping worldwide through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL for different fees respectively. 

We offer free local delivery to select zip codes in the Tacoma area. We are currently delivering on Thursdays every week. We will send a text letting you know when we are out doing deliveries and once your items have been dropped off. The minimum purchase required for local delivery is $20. 

And then, of course, you are welcome to opt for free in-store pickup during checkout! Our pickup hour mirror our operating hours. 

    What if my order is oversized, heavy, or  a shipment being sent outside the contiguous United States?

    Shipping prices quoted do not include heavy, oversized boxes or shipping outside the contiguous United Sates. If these items are on your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping your order. 

    What is your in-store return policy?

    Unused items may be returned with a receipt in store or online within 30 days of purchase, unless your purchase was on sale - all sale items are as is and cannot be returned. 

    What is your online return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will issue a refund for your items and shipping costs. You may log in with your email address on our website and request a refund through your past orders page, or shoot us an email at orders@stocklistgoods.com. Items being returned due to circumstances such as not needing an item by the time that it arrives, an item not being what was expected, etc. will be subject to pay for return shipping on the way back to us via an invoice. If you don't want to pay full price at the post office, we are happy to buy a discounted shipping label on your behalf and to send you an invoice. If an item is sent due to an error on our side, we will foot the bill. 

    *Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging
    *Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
    *All special order items are considered custom and are non-returnable.
    *Sale items may include scratch & dent items therefore are final sale.
