Help, My Cavallini & Co. Puzzle is Missing a Piece:
So sorry about the missing piece. As we don’t produce the puzzles ourselves we don’t have the ability to replace the piece for you. Cavallini and Co (the company that makes the puzzles) does have a form you can fill out so they can get the missing piece to you. They’re super responsive and will be able to get the exact missing piece.
Shipping Policy:
When will my items ship? We will aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a pre sale item we will ship your order once it is complete. Our shipping times may be slightly longer from November 28th to December 4thShipping times: These are trying times for our shipping partners and we are doing all we can to support them. On the rare occasion that a package is delayed or not updating, please check in with us two weeks after you received shipping confirmation. We've found that if we are able to wait out delivery, it usually happens. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would all like...
Stocklist Goods & Gifts is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
Orders placed on our website totaling $100 or less are automatically insured by our shipping provider. If you package is lost or damaged we are required to wait 20 days from the date of shipment to fully submit a claim. After 20 days we will forward you a web link to visit where you must sign an affidavit saying you did not receive your package or that it was damaged. After we see that you have signed the affidavit we will promptly refund you for the cost of your lost items and your shipping cost.
Free Tacoma Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery to select zip codes in the Tacoma area. We are currently delivering on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will send a text letting you know when we are out doing deliveries and once your items have been dropped off. The minimum purchase required for local delivery is $20. (updated 7/9/2024)
Tacoma Curbside Pickup: You are welcome to opt for free curbside pickup during checkout. We are offering temporary pickup hours during our power outage: Every day from 10am-2pm except Saturday July 13th. Please call the store at 253-720-0062 and we will come out to your car in the load in zone or nearest parking spot you found on the curb! (updated 7/9/2024)
International Shipping: We are currently shipping worldwide!
Oversized, heavy packages or shipments outside the contiguous United States: Shipping prices quoted do not include heavy, oversized boxes or shipping outside the contiguous United Sates. If these items are on your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping your order.
In Store Return Policy:
Unused items may be returned with a receipt in store or online within 30 days* of purchase, unless your purchase was on sale.
Online Order Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Please email orders@stocklistgoods.com to start this process. Online orders cancelled before fulfillment may be subject to a restocking fee.
*Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging
*Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
*All special order items are considered custom and are non-returnable.
*Sale items may include scratch & dent items therefore are final sale.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.
