Shipping Policy:

 When will my items ship? We will aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a pre sale item we will ship your order once it is complete. Our shipping times may be slightly longer from November 28th to December 4th 

Shipping times: These are trying times for our shipping partners and we are doing all we can to support them. On the rare occasion that a package is delayed or not updating, please check in with us two weeks after you received shipping confirmation. We've found that if we are able to wait out delivery, it usually happens. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would all like...

Stocklist Goods & Gifts is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. 

Local Delivery in Tacoma, Washington: We are offering free local delivery for purchases over $20 before tax. Our delivery range includes the following postal codes:

Tacoma Curbside Pickup: You are welcome to opt for free curbside pickup during checkout. Our curbside pickup hours are Monday-Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-5. Please call us at (253)720-0062 upon arrival if you would like us to come to your car. 

International Shipping: We are excited to announce that we are now shipping internationally! This is a new process for us, so please bear with us as we learn and be sure to read all the fine print!

  • Your initial shipping charge is an estimate! If the true cost is different from the original estimate we will be in touch to see if you'd like to pay the additional fee or be offered a refund. If you accept the charges we will send you an invoice for the additional fee. If you decline the charges you will be refunded your original purchase cost, minus any fees charged by either of our banks for international returns or currency exchanges. 
  • After you have approved the final shipping charge ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • You will be responsible for any taxes or fees charged as your order exits the United States or enters your Country. 
  • Your order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any fees charged by either of our banks for international returns or currency exchanges, if we determine that your Country is currently not accepting packages from the United States or that our shippers are not delivering to your country.
  • If you choose to ship via UPS international there may be an additional brokerage fee that UPS charges based off of your order total. Payment for this brokerage fee will be finalized between you and UPS upon delivery.

Oversized, heavy packages or shipments outside the contiguous United States: Shipping prices quoted do not include heavy, oversized boxes or shipping outside the contiguous United Sates. If these items are on your order, we will contact you with a revised shipping charge for your approval prior to shipping your order.

 

Return Policy:

Unused items may be returned with a receipt in store or online within 30 days of purchase, unless your purchase was on sale. 

 
For returns of items purchased online, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

You can purchase digital gift cards good for both in store and online here. Or come down in store and purchase one of our new physical gift cards featuring designs from our storefront windows!
 
Fraudulent Orders:
 We automatically cancel and refund any orders marked as having a high risk of fraud. If you notice your order has been cancelled due to this reason and wish to place another order please email us at orders@stocklistgoods.com
