In store Safety-
We have implemented some new rules to help keep staff & our customers (that's you!) safe. We will be wearing masks in the store, and we ask that you do the same. We have a limited number available and please ask that you bring one with you if possible. We have hand sanitizer located by our front door, and ask that you use it upon entry, this helps to ensure handled items stay as sanitized as possible. We ask that you be conscious of trying to stay 6 feet away from staff and customers that you didn't come into the store with. We are operating at a reduced capacity and you may be asked to wait outside if there are 12 or more people in the store upon your arrival. We are asking that you limit your visit in the store to 30 minutes.

Tacoma Curbside Pickup: You are welcome to opt for free curbside pickup during checkout. Our curbside pickup hours are Monday-Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-5. Please call us at (253)720-0062 upon arrival if you would like us to come to your car.

When will my items ship? We will aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a pre sale item we will ship your order once it is complete. Our shipping times may be slightly longer from November 28th to December 4th
Shipping times: These are trying times for our shipping partners and we are doing all we can to support them. On the rare occasion that a package is delayed or not updating, please check in with us two weeks after you received shipping confirmation. We've found that if we are able to wait out delivery, it usually happens. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would all like...
Reusing materials: We try to reduce our environmental impact where we can, so you may find your shipment contains up-cycled shipping materials!
